ingredients:

• 1-1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  
• 2-1/2 tablespoon unsalted and unsweetened creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 teaspoon terra matcha organic culinary matcha
• 2-1/2 cup pretzel sticks, broken into half pieces
• cadbury candy coated mini eggs

directions:

1. line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or lightly grease it with coconut oil.
2. add the white chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and melt in 30-second increments, stirring after each increment.
3. once melted, add the peanut butter and sift in the matcha powder. stir until well combined.
4. in a large bowl, add the pretzel sticks and pour the chocolate mixture on top. mix thoroughly until the pretzel sticks are evenly coated.
5. fill each liner with a heaping tablespoon of the pretzel and chocolate mixture.
6. top with 2-3 candy coated mini eggs and refrigerate for 5 minutes or until the chocolate is hardened.
7. serve and enjoy!
