ingredients:

  • 1 ripe papaya, sliced in half lengthwise with seeds removed
  • 1 cup full-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon terra matcha organic culinary matcha
  • 1-2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 lime
  • toppings of choice such as granola, chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, and fresh fruit

directions:

    1. in a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, matcha, and honey until well combined.
    2. fill each papaya half with a layer of granola, top with 1/2 cup of the prepared matcha yogurt, squeeze the lime on top, and sprinkle your desired toppings.
    3. serve immediately and enjoy!
