matcha overnight oats

make morning mealtime easier with no-cook overnight oats made with simple, nutritious ingredients and organic premium matcha.

ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon terra matcha organic culinary matcha
  • 2 tablespoon honey greek yogurt
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon honey (optional for extra sweetness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • choice of toppings (fresh fruit, honey, granola, nuts, etc)

directions:

    1. in a glass jar or container, mix together the oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, salt, and matcha.
    2. add the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond milk. stir to combine until well incorporated. close the jar/container with the lid and refrigerate overnight.
    3. serve chilled with your choice of toppings and enjoy!

    notes:

      1. store overnight oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
