matcha chia pudding

start your morning off right with this fiber-packed chia pudding made with high quality matcha for an anti-inflammatory boost.

total time: 4 hrs 5 min

servings: 1-2

ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon terra matcha organic culinary matcha
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup

directions:

  1. in a medium bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, matcha, almond milk, and maple syrup until well combined.
  2. pour the mixture into an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. stir the mixture once more and serve chilled with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, granola, and/or nuts.
  4. enjoy!
