ingredients:

• 1 cup basil
• 2 cup spinach
• 1/4 cup 0% greek yogurt
• 1-1/4 teaspoon terra matcha organic culinary matcha
• 3 tablespoon walnuts
• 1 garlic clove
• zest of one small lemon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese

directions:

1. pulse the basil, spinach, greek yogurt, matcha, walnuts, garlic, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and parmesan cheese in a food processor until well combined.
2. store the pesto sauce in a glass jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
